Our returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is damaged or faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Many of the items sold by VERTOV are vintage and therefore may show signs of wear. We go to great lengths to try and point out any noticeable marks or damage, however we cannot guarantee to list everything. Customers should be aware that some of our items are up to fifty years old, and therefore may differ from newly made pieces. For us, this is all a part of the appeal.
However, if you feel there is a significant discrepancy between our product description and the item's condition upon receipt of the garment, please do get in touch. We are a very small team, and unfortunately mistakes can happen! Once we have mutually agreed that the garment is not as described, and the item has been successfully posted back to us, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred. (Proof of postage costs must be provided.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All our vintage items are one-off pieces, therefore it is not possible to exchange items for different sizes. However, it is possible to exchange for a different item from our store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
